Vibrodiagnostics

Вибродиагностика

Vibrodiagnostics of rotating machines and mechanisms is carried out to determine the technical condition of the rolling and sliding bearings, gears and piston hydraulic pumps, motors, reciprocating, screw and vane…

Dinamic balancing

Динамичен баланс

Dynamic balancing is needed in all rotating parts of the technological equipment - flywheels, crankshafts, electric motors, telphers, turbines, turbo compressors, blowers, impellers, shafts, etc.

Laser alignment

Лазерна центровка

Laser alignment is recommended for maintenance based on the results of periodic vibration analysis of the machines. The dynamic loads in bearings and the vibrations in the hull and foundations are…

Laser geometric measurements

Лазерни геометрични измервания

Laser geometric measurements are made of machines, parts and equipment for straightness, flatness, flatness and parallelism where is required greater measurement accuracy.

NDT

Безразрушителен контрол (БК)

Nondestructive Testing (NDT) is a type of quality control of parts and pieces of technological equipment. It uses sophisticated technology to penetrate metal or concrete surface and identify defects without…
